Sarmad was amazingly spending all his time trying to find the right apartment for our need which was not an easy job! what I liked the most about him is that he will never show frustration or being upset of my difficult taste and continuous change of opinion.

From the start, Sarmad was super efficient with providing me with the videos and pictures of the properties . When we arrived in Istanbul Çetin did an amazing job making the process go very smooth. He explained every step with the details. He made sure we understood.

I  would need many more than 140 characters to explain how awesome Mr. Cetin and Mr. Sarmad was throughout the entire home purchase process. From the work he did prior to the exploratory trip, great communication during the search, timely on-going communication, and then most importantly through the inspection, closing process, Getting me tax ID, Open Bank Account and Power of attorney  He's a true pro. If you are moving to the Istanbul Turkey  --there is only one realtor to use--and that is like Mr Cetin Kiymet of the Realist Properties Team. He pretty much became part of our extended family as a result of our purchase process. I'll never use another realtor and neither should you. His greatest attribute, "he listens" and then asks thought-provoking questions which insure you get what you really want.

كان لدينا بعض الخوف من الإستثمار في بلد أجنبي في الأيام الأولي لشرائنا المنزل الثاني لعائلتنا في اسطنبول.

تعرفنا على العقارات الواقعية، من خلال نصيحة من أحد الأصدقاء الذي تلقى المساعد منكم مسبقاً. حيث تمت أموره بسهولة و أمان. لقد حصلنا على التفاصيل والمعلومات عن كامل الخطوات وتلقينا أجوبة عن كامل الأسئلة وبكل هدوء. السيد كيتن كيمات الذي نعتبره صديق لنا فهم إحتياجاتنا وساعدنا بالوصول إلى ما نريده بأكثر الطرق أماناً. حيث كان يناقش البائع ويتجادل معه بخصوص الأسعار لصالحنا.

عندما تم سؤالي عن النصح، أجبت دون تردد أن العقارات الواقعية هي الأفضل كشريك والسيد كيتن كيمات. كمستشار عقاري.

كنت أشعر أني بين أصدقائي وكانت النتائج ممتازة، كان هنالك تأخير في التسليم بعض الشيء لكنه ليس خطأهم، كانوا بجانبي كل الوقت رغم أن ليس لهم مصلحة في ذلك. 

كامل المعلومات التي قدموها لي كانت صحيحة، بعد سنة وصل مردود  الإستثمار إلى حد أعلى من الذي أخبروني عنه. لم أواجه أي مشكلة مع الأوراق التي تولاها السيد كيمات.
