Istanbul is among the best shopping cities of Europe in the latest years. Why? Other than the traditional and historical locations, almost every district has a shopping center or mall. We want to explain why Istanbul is so fabulous for shopping. Here are the top spots:

NİŞANTAŞI

Nişantaşı is one of the most popular regions of the European side. First of all, it’s very central because it’s 5 minutes walk way from Osmanbey metro station. You can find many global and word-wide famous brands’ stores like Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Armani, Prada, Louboutin, Zara etc. Most of these stores are not in a mall, you’ll see on the sidewalks. But of course there’s mall too, which is named City’s Nişantaşı. A big foodhall serving Turkish and world tastes and the cinemas are also included in this mall. Fast fashion, cosmetics, coffee stores, tech-stores are also available. The most important Turkish brands’ stores are also both in the mall and located on the streets of Nişantaşı. Are you interested in Turkish designers? Arzu Kaprol’s, Özlem Süer’s stores are also in Nişantaşı. If you want to take a deep breath, there’s a huge park called Maçka Park. You can have a walk and keep on shopping. Need a coffee? Dozens of cafes and coffee stores (not only Starbucks!) you’ll see.

LEVENT

Another main and central location. Levent is the city of malls itself. Kanyon, Metro City, Özdilek and Saphir are adjacent to each other. These are the fanciest ones of the city. There are also offices and residences included. If you want to buy or rent a property in Istanbul, luxurious options are available in these malls. You can reach them by metro easily. Most of them have direct access to metro station. You can find all of your needs in these malls We have to remind Akmerkez too because it’s one of the most significant malls of the city. You need to take metro from Levent to Etiler to reach Akmerkez in 10 minutes.

ZORLU CENTER

One of the new stars of the city. Zorlu Center includes almost 200 stores. It has wide open-air area. Many global brands opened their first stores in Zorlu, like Apple. The food is a specially cared issue in this mall. Tom’s Kitchen, Jamie’s Italian, Morini and Eataly are the coolest ones. You can also find Turkish Cuisine also. Here’s the big highlight about Zorlu: Zorlu Performance Art Center has an incredible agenda throughout the year like world-famous musicals and concerts. Public transportation is available by Metro and Metrobus or 10 minutes drive from Levent-Zincirlikuyu.

İSTİNYE PARK

It offers the unique and metropolitan life style atmosphere. Finest world cuisine and world’s best brands ((mostly top designer brands)  are in İstinye Park’s highlights. Offices, residences, elegant stores, cool cafes, a very large retail area and traditional Turkish Bazaar are also included in the mall. There are also open-air stores. Cinema (Ustanbul’s first IMAX Theatre) is in the mall too. The parking area is huge. Easy reach by Metro (10 min. walk from the İTÜ station) and 10 min. drive from Levent by car.

BAHCESEHİR

One of the most popular zones of Istanbul for city people and investors located on the western region of the European side of the city. It’s an elite region offering exclusive and cosmopolitan life style.  Most of the biggest shopping malls of the city are either in the center of the region or nearby. One of them is Mall of İstanbul, which includes wide variety of brands, cuisines and entertainment. It involves the first specially designed theme park and a huge Gourmet Center. Another remarkable one is Akkoza Shopping Mall which offers a brand new shopping concept with high standards. The green zone and Café&Restaurant Street are amazing. All features of the mall are designed to facilitate and complete lives of residents.
